About This Project
Cows are held in a very high esteem in the Vedic civilization. Cow is our mother because after we stop drinking our mother’s milk we will continue to drink the milk of a cow. Milk and milk products are considered the most important foods for human beings, helping us to develop fine brain tissue and understand spiritual topics. Clarified butter is used in Vedic sacrifices. The Supreme Lord Krishna grows up among cowherds and personally takes care of cows.
Here are some paintings of cows, inspired by the style of Pichwai.
